- Orders booked for shipment through India Post shall be dispatched only on Wednesdays and Saturdays of each week.
- Orders placed close to these days will be included in the next available dispatch cycle.
Accuracy of Address and Contact Details
- Customers are required to provide accurate and complete delivery details, including full name, address, pin code, and contact number, at the time of placing the order.
- Snehalâs Creation shall not be held liable for:
- Delivery delays arising from incorrect or incomplete address information, or
- Non-delivery due to the recipientâs unavailability at the given address.
Courier and Transit Delays
- Once dispatched, the shipment is under the custody of the respective courier or postal service.
- Snehalâs Creation bears no responsibility for delays, damages, or loss arising from actions or omissions of third-party courier partners, logistics providers, or postal authorities.
