At Snehal’s Creation, we exercise utmost diligence to ensure the quality and authenticity of our apparel products. As our merchandise comprises delicate clothing items, we maintain a strict No-Refund Policy as detailed below.
No Refund Policy
- The Company does not entertain any requests for refund under any circumstances.
- Only replacement of the product may be offered, subject to eligibility conditions expressly mentioned herein.
Eligibility for Replacement
A customer shall be entitled to a replacement only if any of the following conditions are met:
- The customer has received an incorrect product, differing from the one ordered.
- The product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
Mandatory Parcel Opening Video Requirement
- Customers seeking replacement must mandatorily record a parcel opening video commencing from the moment the sealed package is received till the product is fully unboxed.
- The video must be continuous, with no cuts, edits, or pauses, and must clearly depict:
- The outer parcel,
- The unsealing/unboxing process, and
- The condition of the product upon receipt.
- Claims submitted without such an unedited video shall be summarily rejected, and no replacement will be entertained.
Timeline for Replacement Requests
- The customer must notify Snehal’s Creation of any replacement request within two (2) calendar days from the date of product delivery.
- Requests made beyond this period shall be deemed invalid and shall not be processed.
Exclusions from Replacement Eligibility
Replacements shall not be permitted for the following reasons:
- Minor variations in colour, appearance, or texture resulting from differences in lighting or screen display.
- Minor differences in fabric feel or pattern.
- Subjective dissatisfaction such as “change of mind” or “product not as expected.”
- Damage caused due to improper handling, washing, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Condition of Product for Replacement
If a replacement request is approved:
- The returned product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, along with all original tags, labels, and packaging.
- Any returned product found to be used, washed, tampered with, or without original packaging shall be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Replacement Procedure
- The customer must contact Snehal’s Creation via the official WhatsApp number within 2 days of receiving the product, providing the mandatory parcel opening video.
- Upon preliminary approval, instructions for return shipment shall be provided by the Company.
- The replacement product shall be dispatched only after the returned item is received and verified by the Company’s quality control team.
